Thank you so much for choosing R&RT for your massage and therapeutic services.

Below are a few important things you should be aware of.....
You are responsible for being ON TIME for your treatments/ services. You will only be given the REMAINDER OF YOUR SERVCE TIME if you are late. Yes, you will be charged the remainder of your balance if you are late. So please be mindful of that and allow yourself an adequate amount of time to park, get into the facility, use the restroom, have refreshments, etc. prior to our scheduled service time.
No shows will be charged in full and there is a possibility that you will Not be able to reschedule in future.
You have up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointments. You will not be given a refund for your deposit if you cancel last minute or no show. In order to reschedule you will have to pay another deposit to secure your appointment.
Also, if you would like a mobile service (coming to your home or business), you Must hit the add-on tab “Mobile:In Home”. Mobile services are an additional fee. If not, it will be added for you or paid separately through invoice.
After Hours/ Holidays: if you need a session after business hours or holidays (Juneteenth, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Easter, etc.) please notify me via text or call (listed above). We are happy to work out the appropriate times with you. There is an additional fee of $50 for these days and times.
Lastly, we are primarily mobile but we do utilize a space in Midtown Atlanta. If you prefer that location instead of your home or business that is perfectly fine. You will be sent the address 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
